Terms & Conditions of the Phergal Creators Program

1. Profile Selection: Submitting this application does not guarantee participation in the Program. All applications will be reviewed by the Phergal Laboratories Marketing team based on profile suitability, content quality and alignment with our brands.

2. Collaborations: If your profile is selected, we will contact you to discuss specific collaboration opportunities. Each campaign will include a dedicated briefing that must be reviewed and accepted before any content is created.

3. Product Gifting: Collaborations may include complimentary products from our brands for you to try and feature in your content. Receiving products does not constitute an employment relationship or financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

4. Creative Freedom & Campaign Guidelines: We value authentic content and each creator's unique style. However, creators are expected to follow the essential campaign requirements, including key messages, brand mentions, tags and any legal or regulatory guidelines provided in the briefing.

5. Content Usage: By participating in a collaboration, you authorize Phergal Laboratories to share the content created across its digital channels, including its website, social media platforms, newsletters and commercial materials, with appropriate creator credit whenever possible and in accordance with the agreed campaign terms.

6. Best Practices: Creators agree to communicate respectfully and transparently, while complying with all applicable advertising regulations and disclosure requirements for branded collaborations.

7. Data Protection: Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Phergal Laboratories Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the management of your participation in the Phergal Creators Program.
